PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of fish eye having a polymer gel as a seed, by a method wherein a barrier surface against passage of a resin at a barrier-type mixing part is formed in a rugged shape. CONSTITUTION:The resin passage barrier surface 8 existing in the region from an inflow groove 3 to an outflow groove 4 of the barrier-type mixing part 2 is formed with a rugged surface. When a molten resin introduced via the inflow groove 3 flows over the barrier surface 8 to reach the outflow groove 4, it stagnates at the rugged surface of the barrier surface 8 and receives a combined effect of breaking, shearing and friction-increasing actions so that the fish eye having a polymer gel as a seed is crushed effectively. Since no fish eye are generated, the system is suitable for molding films, sheets and the like. |
