PURPOSE:To simplify the separation of insulating layers and to facilitate the recovery of a coil conductor by providing an exfoliating film between the coil conductor and interconductor insulating layer and formin a ground insulating layer on the interconductor insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:An exfoliating film 7 made of metallic film coated with metal on one or both sides of an electrically insulating film is, for example, covered on the overall surfaces of respective coil conductors 3 and is thus wound, and an interconductor insulating layer 4 is formed between the coil conductors 4 on which the film 7 is wound. A metallic film 7' is wound on the layer 4, and a ground insulating layer 5 and a sheathed insulating layer 6 made of electrically insulating molding material are formed on the film. |
