In the multi camera multi shot system for TV or cine camera filming, each camera is synchronised to particular lights and those lights operate for that camera when its shutter is open. Each camera shoots the same scene from a different angle and each camera controls its own lighting set up. The cameras are operated in sequence and lights brought up to full brightness for each shot by each camera as appropriate. At the later editing stage the best scenes can be selected and each has been exposed at its correct lighting plan to best advantage. -.
