<p>One of two vertical shank plates, with bottom grab jaws, is firmly joined to a horizontal yoke on a grab bar, and the other is movably mounted on a yoke lug, with a stop limiting its slide, while a top horizontal draw anchor, to brace the plates together, is anchored to one and acts with the other via a clamping wedge, on a device for pulling up paving stones. The grab jaws are detachably fastened to the shank plates. The stop on the yoke side, acting with the movable plate, is adjustable for distance from the fixed plate. The draw anchor is adjustable for effective length between the plates. The jaws may be screwed to the plates. The yoke lug can be a threaded bolt, with a nut screwed on as adjustable stop. This is universally applicable with paving stones of different sizes and shapes.</p> |
