<p>A machine to produce thin-wall hollow prods. of chocolate, e.g. Easter eggs, consists of a step-by-step moving conveyor on which two-part moulds are moved from a filler station to a frame in which a spider with several radial arms picks up the closed moulds. As the spider revolves around its axis, its arms are rotated with the moulds around their own axes to distribute the chocolate on the walls. Cooling air is blown against the moulds before they are deposited back on the conveyor. This machine has a high capacity and operates entirely automatically. For certain articles, the package metal foil can be used as the casting mould.</p> |
