PURPOSE:To make it possible to completely eliminate air-leakage from an air chamber and also to enable vibration-proof measures in the horizontal direction without increasing resonant points, by providing an air spring body and a vibration-proof rubber seat integrally incorporated with the bellows of the air spring body and carrying a frame. CONSTITUTION:A vibration-proof rubber seat 5 for carrying a frame 4 is integrally incorporated with bellows 3 provided in an opening in the upper surface of an air-spring 2, by a one-unit molding or bonding process. The periphery of the bellows 3 is held in a gas-tight condition so that the pressure in an air chamber 1 is maintained to be always constant. The vibration-proof rubber seat 5 which is made of rubber having a specific ratio lower than that of metal and being excellent in damping ability, does not constitute a sole mass system that no new resonance problem is caused. Accordingly, vertical vibration from the floor may be absorbed by the air-spring body 2 itself while horizontal vibration may be absorbed by the vibration-proof rubber seat 5 so as to enable three-dimensional vibration proof measures. Further, since no air-leakage occurs even during long-time use, it is not necessary to always continue feeding compressed air. |
