PURPOSE:To prevent variation caused by the difference of an ink composite, by compensating and converting an original color component signal which has read a color original being an original drawing, in accordance with concentration of ink, obtaining a color component signal for recording, and forming a recording picture by said signal. CONSTITUTION:A color original is read separately into each color by read sensors 110-112, and is provided to gain correcting circuits 119-121 through amplifiers 113-115. On the other hand, photosensors 128-130 detect concentration of ink through transparent ink detecting pipes 25-27, and output it as an ink concentration signal through amplifiers 131-133 and 134-136. In the feedback circuit of the gain compensating circuits 119-121 are placed MOSFETs 137-139, the gain of the FETs 137-139 are controlled in accordance with the ink concentration signal, and the amplification factor of the gain compensating circuits 119-121 is controled. To outputs of said circuits 119-121 are color component signals R, G and B which have been controlled by the ink concentration signal, and they are converted to recording color component signals by a color signal operator 140, and after that to drive the nozzles. |
