PURPOSE:To prevent transmission characteristics of a switched capacitor integrator from being influenced by stray capacitors by discharging input signal charges charged on stray capacitors with an analog switch. CONSTITUTION:Analog switches SW1, SW1' conduct by clock pulse phi1, and a sampling capacity CA is charged by an input signal V1, but at the same time a stray capacity CS is also charged. Then, when an analog SW2 is conducted by a clock pulse phi2, the lower end of the capacity CA is opened. Further both ends of the capacity CS are grounded, and charges of the capacity CS disappear. In addition when analog switches SW3, SW3' are conducted by a clock pulse phi3, the capacity CA is transferred to an integrated capacity CB. In this case, since the stray capacity CS is already discharged, the stray capacity is not transferred to the capacity CB. |
