PURPOSE:To reduce the storage capacity, by deciding the time of a time by a difference between the quantities of charge and discharge of the storage capacity. CONSTITUTION:When a timer control signal T is in a high level, a contact 10 is held to a prescribed level through an MOS transistor 8. When an operation of a timer is started, the control signal T is varied to a low level from a high level. From this time, voltage of the contact 10 is varied in accordance with a variation of voltage of an output point 2, but when charge through an MOS transistor 17 is made larger than discharge through an MOS transistor 7, voltage of the contact 10 is raised together with the number of times of a variation of voltage of the output point 2, and attains to voltage VTB which is capable of driving a buffer circuit 11. |
