PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of characteristics, which is caused by a variation of an ambient temperature, by providing an optional bias to a microwave solid oscillation element by a voltage correcting circuit so that differential characteristics of the voltage correcting circuit appropriate. CONSTITUTION:A microwave solid oscillation element 1 is connected to a main transmission line 3, and to this element 1 is connected a variable capacity diode 12 in parallel throgh an coupling space 11 and a transmission line 10 of characteristics impedance ZA. To this diode 12 is connected a modulation biasing circuit 15 for supplying DC voltage and a modulation signal, through the transmission line 10. Moreover, to the diode 12 is connected in series to a transmission line 13 having the length of odd times of 1/4 of the oscillation wavelength. Subseqently, an oscillation biasing circuit 7 is connected through a transformer having 1/4 wavelength connected in series to the element 1, to this circuit 7 is connected a voltage correcting circuit 20 for compensating the modulation differential characteristics, and the deterioration of the characteristics which is caused by a variation of ambient temperature is prevented. |
