PURPOSE:To raise an utilization rate of an automatic bargaining device and to enable even a person who has not a recitation card to utilize the automatic bargaining device by using an automatic bargaining device having an I.D. card issuing machine and reading, judging, writing and incorporating functions. CONSTITUTION:When a user 12 who comes for a complex bargaining without a recitation card presents to a receptionist 11 a slip, his seal and a bill, the receptionist 11 performs an identification work being the person himself with his seal, an identification card and so on. Further, by an I.D. card issuing machine, the I.D. card to which a data for identifying the person itself and the account number data and transacting contents have been written, are delivered. Here, a user 12 inserts this card into an automatic bargaining device 16 and operates the device 16. Through the process, the device 16 performs treatment such as reading of the card, a function that inputs or outputs judged cash and incorporation of the I.D. card. As the result, a utility rate of the automatic bargaining is raised, and even a user who has not a recitation card can utilize the device 16. |
