PURPOSE:To correct an operating mistake for a short period by checking whether an inputted data is correct or not at every number of prescribed operations when commodity saling data are inputted to a talalizing device with a manual operation. CONSTITUTION:Slave electronic cash registers EcR R1, R2...Rn calculate and print out data to be checked from data printed out at every prescribed item according to a predetermined operating system. On the other hand, in a host ECRR, check data are calculated from data at every classification item printed out by the registers ECRRi...Rn and data at every check data according to a predetermined operating system. Then, it is compared whether data of a calculated check total memory 21 and check total data of a substituted number buffer memory 17 coincide or not, and if they are in coincidence, a character OK is printed with a printer 15, if they are not in coincidence, characters N, G are displayed on a display device 10 and N, G are printed on the printer 15. |
