PURPOSE:To easily change a group number and an individual number of a one- action selection controlling signal, and also to simplify a circuit, by changing a constant mark encoder circuit to that which is applied to an ROM. CONSTITUTION:When any one of one-action selection controlling signals 1-5 is generated, 5C2 code signals 8, 9 corresponding to a group number and an individual number of the one-action selection controlling signal which has been generated, and a priority control signal 12 are outputted from an ROM6 and an ROM7, and when this priority control signal 12 is generated, a locking circuit 13 executes a lock operation, it is stopped that a group signal 10 and an individual number signal 11 of a two-action selection controlling signal are inputted to a constant mark encoder 14, the 5C2 code signals 8, 9 corresponding to the group number and the individual number of the one-action selection controlling signal become control signals 17, 18 and are inputted to a parallel-series converter 19, become control signals of a series 5C2 code, and are sent out to a transmission line. |
