The air cleaner is connected to an air conduit wherein circulates pressurized air contaminated by oil, water and other pollutants. It has a tank, which is provided with at least one air inlet (15) and an air outlet (17) and an opening for the exit of pollutants which have been separated from the pressurized air. In the tank, a centrifuge chamber (19) is formed by an air deviation chamber (24) and a baffle device. A shaft (8) is arranged in the centrifuge chamber (19), coaxially with a turbine (9) driven by the pressurized air; the turbine is arranged on a pivot (34) of the shaft (8) in an antichamber separated by at least one opening (33), from the cavity (49) formed in the case (2) containing the centrifuge chamber (19). Cooling rings (25a, 25b) adjacent to the inner wall of the case (21) are arranged in the centrifuge chamber (19). Between two cooling rings (25b) there is arrange a deflector plate (22) having a central opening; between those rings there are arranged deflectors (26) fixed to the shaft (8), forming the deviation chamber (20). Water flowing rings (45) are arranged on the inner wall of the case (4); these rings are arranged one above the other and are offset with respect to the wall (21) of the centrifuge chamber (19). Water channels (47) are connected to a collecting chamber (48), to which is connected an outlet (50) formed in the wall of the case (4). The water, as well as the oil constituants and dust are separated by the centrifuge chamber (19) and directed towards the outlet (50). |
