PURPOSE:To remove a harmful effect such as a tone which is sent back as a response, by constituting the system so that a lamp of a self-telephone set is lighted as a response, by pushing a button of a telephone set of the other party within a prescribed time after a tone has been sent from the telephone set of the other party. CONSTITUTION:When one of function buttons 3-1 is pushed in order to inform that there is a message from a telephone set 1-1 to other specific telephone set 1-2 which has been prescribed in advance, this information is inputted to a common control computer 11 through a data line 5-1, an interface circuit 8-1 and a control bus 10. The common control computer 11 decodes this information, sends out a tone to the telephone set 1-2, and also sets a timer 12 to a prescribed time. When the tone has been received, the telephone set 1-2 pushes one of function buttons 3-2 in order to inform to the telephone set 1-1 that the tone has been received. Information which is generated by the fact that said button has been pushed is sent back to the common control computer 11, and if it is within the time which has been set to the timer 12, a response of the telephone set 1-2 is displayed on the telephone set 1-1 by means of a lamp. |
