PURPOSE:To directly listen to a call charge by a synthesized voice, by catching a charge information trunk by dialing a prescribed number, in case a calling subscriber of an extension telephone set desires to know a charge after the termination of a call. CONSTITUTION:When a caller of an extension telephone set EXT desires to know a call charge, its transmitter-receiver is taken up and a prescribed number for catching a charge information trunk is dialed. As a result, the extension telephone set EXT catches a charge information trunk CAT through a route 2. When the charge information trunk is caught, start information is provided to a controlling circuit CC, therefore, the CC discriminates an extension number of the EXT which has caught the CAT, through a marker M, also retrieves a temporary memory TM, and collates a data which has been stored, with the extension number. In case of coincidence, a call charge which is stored in the address concerned is read, a signal is provided to a voice synthesizing circuit in the CAT, for synthesizing a voice as to its contents by a microprocessor control, and said contents are informed through the route 2 from a voice send-out circuit of the CAT. |
