PURPOSE:To reduce running cost and to protect a driving source in an apparatus to maintain fluctuating and heating subject to be controlled thermostatically by heating the apparatus automatically so as to compensate the difference between steady heating load and cooling ability. CONSTITUTION:The cooling ability of a cooling element 1 is set up more largely than the steady heating load L at the maximum output of a laser oscillator 11 and the cooling element 1 is automatically heated by the heating ability of heating elements 24 and 25 so as to compensate the differece between the steady load L and cooling ability Q. Thus, the load fluctuating subject 1 to be controlled can be maintained thermostatically and the self-heating value of the subject to be controlled is recovered to a thermostatic oven as a heating source to shorten the working time of the heating elements, reducing the running cost. In addition, the driving sources of these cooling elements are prevented from frequent switching operation, protecting these driving sources. |
