A wheeled land vehicle in which at least one free-running ground-engaging wheel (4, 5) has power take-off means connected thereto for providing power in or on the said vehicle, comprising a drive shaft (6) coaxial with and drivingly connected to said ground-engaging wheel and extending inwardly therefrom through a non-rotary hollow axle shaft (1) which mounts the wheel at its outer end.
