发明名称 ORTHOGONAL CONVERSION DECODING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration of a picture quality in a regenerative signal, by substituting a value which has been set in advance, for a value of the sequence in which an error has occurred. CONSTITUTION:A transmission line code 13 which has been encoded is received by an input terminal 19, and a quantizing signal of each sequence is decoded by a decoder 7. The quantizing signal is sent to the second quantizing device 8. The quantizing device 8 regenerates each sequency value by executing an operation with a reverse operator of a quantizing operation which has been used in the transmission side. Also, a quantizing signal of the output of the decoder 7 is sent out to an error detector 20, too, in order to detect an error. A switching circuit 21 usually connects an output signal 25 of the quantizing device 8 to an input signal 26 of Adamar reverse converter 9, but when an error signal is received, connection of the input signal 26 is changed over to an output signal 27 of a correcting circuit 22. The Adamar reverse converter 9 executes an operation of Adamar reverse conversion, and derives a regenerative value. The regenerative value is stored in a memory 10, and is converted to an analog signal by a D/A converter 11.
