PURPOSE:To perform the replacement of a wire electrode in a short time when the wire electrode is disconnected, by providing a device urging further reverse rotation of eccentric rollers and stopping the reversely fed wire electrode. CONSTITUTION:If a wire electrode 1 is disconnected at a machining part, the wire electrode 1 tends to be reversely fed in an opposite direction to an arrow mark, when eccentric rollers 9, 9' are reversely rotated in a direction Y and actuated so as to hold the wire electrode 1 with their contact surfaces, and an axial load of level in accordance with tensile force of the wire electrode 1 is acted by a wedge effect in the opposite direction Y to a tensile direction X, thus the wire electrode 1 can be prevented from being reversely fed. Accordingly, the wire electrode 1 can be replaced in a short time. |
