PURPOSE:To prepare easily ''tempura'' (Japanese deep-fat fried food) having good- looking and simple appearance and good taste, by blending a common ingredient for pastry of ''tempura'' with powdery ethyl alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A well-known ingredient for pastry of ''tempura'' consiting essentially of wheat flour is blended with 0.1-50wt% powdery ethyl alcohol, and if necessary, 0.01-5wt% lecithin. |
