PURPOSE:To ensure the setting of a heat sink to be attached with a semiconductor laser into an optical system with no control, securing a control for the angle and position of the optical axis of a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:Figures 21 and 22 show a semiconductor laser and a heat sink respectively. For the fine adjustment of the angle of rotation around an axis Y, an inner circumference part A is held and twisted so as to obtain the force of rotation around the axis Y by a desired angle. Thus a physical malformation of twisting is produced at the area of the 1st channel 31 to ensure an adjustment of angle. The same procedure is available also with an axis X. For an adjustment of position toward the axis X, the 1st screws 33 and 34 are pushed and pulled, and the part of the channel 31 is bent within a face XY. So is with the axis Y. Such control is possible by means of a microscope, etc. based on the outer circumference circle of an outer circumference part C. As a result, an adjustment can be excluded after the attachment to an optical system. |
