PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recording medium which has a reduced secularchange during the control of a magnetic paint and no difference of characteristics regardless of the lapse of painted time, by using a specific hardening component and surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic paint contains isophorodiisocyanate as a hardening component and a compound shown by the right formula (R: alkyl group; m and n: integer of >=1) as a surfactant in addition to the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and a resin component such as polyurethane resin, etc. Such magnetic paint is applied on a substrate to obtain a magnetic recording medium. |
