PURPOSE:To permit final copying and reception of the next manuscript to be performed in succession in a short time interval by installing the means for controlling shift of a deflecting member and a distributor, in the collator for assorting a plurality of copies of a plurality of manuscripts successively. CONSTITUTION:When the first copy of the first manuscript is fed, the copy is sent to the first pin 120-1 by the deflecting clutch 123-1 of the first soenoid 124-1. After accomodation to the second pin is performed. The third copy is accomodated onto the third pin 120-3 by the deflecting clutch 131a of the distributor 130 at home posieion. After that, a distributor driving motor 136 shifts the distributor 130 downwards by pin interval, and assortment and accomodation are performed successively. When the final copy of this manuscript passes through the introduction port of the first pin 120-1, the first solenoid 124-1 is excited to permit the second manuscript copy to be received. |
