PURPOSE:To increase the upper limit value of the bubble generating current and ensure the stable working of a memory at a high temperature, by defining the tip of a magnetic substance pattern as a bubble generating part and securing a coincidence between the contracting direction and the propagating direction of the bubble. CONSTITUTION:The tip part of a magnetic substance pattern 12 of a new creation type bubble generator is defined as a bubble generating part 13. At the same time, both the pattern 12 and a conductor pattern 11 are formed so that a coincidence is virtually obtained between the contracting direction and the propagating direction of a generated bubble 14. For instance, the right side of a Permalloy R pattern 12 is extended long, and the tip of this pattern is defined as the part 13. At the same time, the end part of the pattern 11 is formed in the extending direction of the pattern 12. Thus a coincidence is obtained between the contracting direction A and the propagating direction of the bubble 14 is obtained. |
