PURPOSE:To eliminate the dispersion of the amount of molding material being cut into screw and also of the weight of moldings by providing the second hopper to the upper part of the first hopper connected to a molding machine and sending the molding material to the molding machine while directing it downwards from the second hopper to the first hopper. CONSTITUTION:Molding material charged into the second hopper 4 falls through a dropping port 5 into the first hopper 3, is further charged through a charging port 2 into a molding machine 1, and then sent into molds 11 by means of a screw 8. In this case, by keeping the supply amount of molding material inside the second hopper 4 above a level meter 10, the amount of molding material staying in the first hopper 3 is made constant and thereby the pressure applied on the charging port 2 is kept constant, eliminating the amount of the molding material being cut into the screw. |
