PURPOSE:To attain uniformities of the mixing, kneading, and temperature of materials by forming the first and second screws in full-flight, and also forming a cylindrical mixing section in peripheral area between both screws. CONSTITUTION:The first and second screw 2, 3 integrally formed by being inserted axially into the cylinder of an injection molding machine are formed full-flight, and a cylindrical mixing section 4 is provided in peripheral area between both screws 2 and 3. A rotation force from the first driving shaft 9 is transmitted to the first and second screws 2 and 3 and a rotation force from the second driving shaft 5 is transmitted to the mixing section 4 independently from the first and second screws 2 and 3. By said constitution, a material 10 supplied from a hopper 6 is sent to the mixing section 4 by the second screw 3, sufficiently mixed there, and then supplied from a nozzle 7 to metal molds. |
