TRANSISTOR LIMITER CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To stabilize characteristics by improving the degree of AM suppression by connecting a feedback resistance between the connection part of the collector of the 1st transistor(TR) and the base of the 2nd TR, and the collector of the 2nd TR. CONSTITUTION:The collector of the 1st common-emitter TR5 and the base of the 2nd common-emitter TR10 are connected together via a signal line 8. A feedback resistance 18 forms a bridge between the signal line 8 and the 2nd TR10. Thus, part of the output of the 2nd TR1 is fed back negatively to cancel the internal feedback of the TR elements.
