PURPOSE:To separate molded goods simply and securely by rotating a runner sifting drum which takes the runner outwardly through the network of the drum and leaves the molded goods alone and by turning its opening downward. CONSTITUTION:The molded goods and the runner are thrown from the shoot 2 of an injection molding machine 1 into the sifting drum 4. When the drum 4 rotates around the axis of its opening, the runner runs outward throuh meshes of the network 5, falls from the falling part 7 and is stored in a runner vessel 12. Then, a shaft 16 of rotation moves toward the center of a housing 3, the drum 4 separates from the shoot 2, the runner sifting drum 4 rotates round the shaft 16 of rotation, its opening points downwards and the molded goods in the drum 4 fall from a molded goods falling port 9 into a molded goods bucket 11. Subsequently, the instant the drum 4 reverses round the shaft 16 of rotation, the shaft 16 of rotation moves to the side of the shoot 2 for the next shot from the injection molding machine 1. |
