PURPOSE:To maintain the mechanical strength of a lead frame even a disconnection is made for electric independence, by surrounding each individual electrode part with a coupling frame, a connection part and an auxiliary bridge. CONSTITUTION:At holding parts 111 holding piezoelectric oscillators, individual electrode parts 113 provided corresponding to the holding parts 111 are each surrounded with a coupling frame part 112 as the electric common terminal of one lead terminal 111a of the holding part 111, a connection part 114 making an electric connection between the other lead terminal 111a' of the holding part 111 and the individual electrode 113, and an auxiliary bridge part 115. To making each holder 111 electrically independent, the auxiliary bridge 115 is only cut. |
