PURPOSE:To easily dismantle and clean the runner gate of an injection mold by detachably providing a plurality of cylindrical runner gate bushes which can easily be disassembled in the circumferential direction of the tip cylinder (in the direction of resin supply) of the sprue body of the injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cylindrical runner gate bushes which can be easily disassembled are detachably attached in the circumferential direction to the tip cylinder (in the direction of resin supply) of the sprue body 1 of an injection mold, and a clamp ring 4 holding cylindrically the runner gate bushes 2 in line with the split pieces 3 of the runner gate bushes 2 is detachably attached to the tip peripheral side of the runner gate bushes 2. Thus, even when trouble occurs in a runner gate part leading to the runner 13 through the sprue 1 and then the runner gate 14, the runner gate bushes 2 can be easily removed from the sprue body 1, split into each piece, and cleaned simply and exactly. |
