PURPOSE:To obtain a box-shaped product having a uniform laminar structure and a uniform strength by a method in which a fiber-laminated resin sheet is drawn by press molding method to form bead-shaped projections. CONSTITUTION:A laminated resin sheet material 3 consisting of a fiber layer 2 and a resin layer 1 is inserted between an upper mold 7a and a lowr mold 7b and pressed by lowering the upper mold 7a in such a way as to draw it into a form Z with a bead-shaped projection 8 through a drawn state Y as shown by the two- dotted line from a plate form X. Thus, a box-shaped product which has a good press processability and a high resistance to the occurrence of weld line and which is suitable for battery support, etc., can be obtained.
