<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the constant temperature heating type flow rate sensor characterized by easy winding work of resistor wire by forming a flange at the inserting part of a lead member which is inserted into the opening part of a tubular bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The lead member 2 is composed of the flange 12 having cutout part 12A, an inserting part 13, and an exposed part 1A at the end of the bobbin 1 and fixed, with a thick film conductor 3 being provided in-between. After the fabrication of a lead member 2 and the bobbin 1, one end of the resistor wire 4 is fused and fixed to the exposed part 14, and wound arund the lead member 2 by a few number of turns. The resistor wire 4 is hooked in the cutout part 12A of the flange 12, and wound around the bobbin 1. Thus the winding works can be easily performed.</p> |
