PURPOSE:To perform a high-accuracy and high-sensitive separation and analysis of acid anhydride, by a forward high-speed liquid chromatgraphy using a porous polymer as a stationary phase and an organic solvent as a moving phase. CONSTITUTION:A porous polymer such as crosslinked polyethylene glycol, crosslinked polystyrene, crosslinked polyvinyl acetate or crosslinked polymethyl methacrylate, alone or in combination, is used as a stationary phase. An organic solvent such as n-hexane, petroleum ether, isooctane, n-pentane, or benzene, alone or in combination (whereto is added, if necessary, phosphoric acid, acetic acid or formic acid, alone or in combination) is used as a moving phase. |
