PURPOSE:To provide a device of high reliability by calculating two states detected from detectors in respective parts of a copying machine, comparing the level differences thereof with specific values and using the same as reference values for actual state detection. CONSTITUTION:Detection outputs from detectors 1-1-1-n are fetched successively and alternatively with a multiplexer 2, and the analog outputs thereof are converted to digital signals by an A/D converter 3. These signals are stored in an internal memory M1 of a microcomputer 4. The reference calculated with the microcomputer 4 are stored in a nonvolatile memory 5, and the various detection results judged with the microcomputer 4 according to the detection outputs of the various detectors 1-1-1-n are displayed in a display device 8 for indication. Operation keys 6 provided with a numerical key group K1 for performing setting of copying sheet number, and a select key K2 for use/inspection modes and a dispaly device 7 displaying copying sheet number, an identification number corresponding to a faulty detector, or identification information such as detector names are provided. |
