PURPOSE:To improve the vacuum resisting strength of an upper tank by mounting a pressure receiving plate, which is arranged onto a connecting metal fitting while being set up through a slippage stop device in the horizontal direction, between the connecting metal fitting and a flat section of the upper tank. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular steady rest projecting section 9 is fast stuck onto an upper surface of the connecting metal fitting 7 through welding, etc. A steady rest seat 10 forming a rectangular hole section 11 into which the projecting section 9 is loosely fitted is fixed to a flat section at a position opposing to the projecting section 9 through welding, etc. in the upper tank 1. The pressure receiving plate 13 forming a slippage stop means to which a connecting hole 14 into which an insulator burying material 12 arranged so as to surround an outer circumferential section of the projecting section 9 of the metal fitting 7 penetrates is formed is disposed among connecting metal fittings 6-8 and the tank 1. The pressure receiving plate 13 is mounted so that a clearance is hardly shaped between the plate and the tank 1, and the downward deformation of the tank 1 due to external pressure in case of vacuum is obstructed by means of a strong core 3 through the pressure receiving plate 13 and the connecting plates 6-8. |
