A method is described for a container packaging of boiled rice, pickled vegetables, fish ball, and red pepper paste. The container was attached according to the order with polyester 12 micron, aluminium foil 9 micron, nylon 15 micron, polyester 12 micron, aluminium foil 9 micron, nylon 15 micron, polypropylene 60 micron. Food in a container is pressed under 1.6 - 1.8 kg/cm2, heated for 35-40 min. at 95-120≦̸C, sterilizing the container, sealed up with heat seal.
