PURPOSE:To reduce the collapse of the magnetic gap of a magnetic core consisting of an amorphous magnetic material, by forming a gap spacer by forming sediment of a nonmagnetic material. CONSTITUTION:In the magnetic gap of an amorphous magnetic core consisting of a composite material of Fe2.5, Co71.5, Mn3, Si8, and B15, SiO2, Ti Be-Cu, glass, amorphous (Ni80Cr20)78Si10B12, etc., are deposited by sputtering or vacuum depositing method to form a spacer, thus obtaining an amorphous magnetic head. |
