PURPOSE:To prevent a data trouble due to an overcurrent by providing a correcting circuit which holding a line in writing mode at the same potential at any other time other than writing operation. CONSTITUTION:A correcting circuit 20 consisting of transistors (TR) 21 and 22 is provided to set the base voltage of the TR8 of a current source 11 to a prescribed value when a write gate signal is inverted. The base voltage of the n type TR21 is set to a prescribed value and its emitter is connected to the p type TR22 through its base-emitter drop. The p type TR22 is turned on and off by the inverted signal of the write gate signal. Then, it is applied to the base of the TR8 through the emitter-collector drop of the TR22. This potential Va is applied to a point P when the write gate signal is off and becomes equal to the potential when the write gate signal is on, thus eliminating a charging current. |
