PURPOSE:To achieve debugging without stopping the operation of device, by setting the data and the like in advance as to an operation program and detecing that the operation of a microprocessor passes through it and coincides with it. CONSTITUTION:To check the relation of address at first, a mask flag register FLR inhibits the passage of output of a data comparison gate CPG-1 corresponding to bits. As a result, the coincidence of address can be checked earlier through the program control. Next, when checking is made also the data, the inhibition of a mask gate MSG by the mask flag register FLR is reliesed. Thus, during the operation of a control program, the number of times of passage in a given address data is counted with a counter CNT for display. |
