PURPOSE:To check whether a pointer area is used correctly or not by storing address information in the pointer area and a discrimination code, indicating the kind of the data, at the same time. CONSTITUTION:In as address register 3, an address to be set in the address part 7-1 of a pointer area 7 for the execution of a store base STB instruction, or an address read out of the address part 7-1 of the pointer area 7 for the execution of a load base LB instruction is entered. A comparator 4 compared a discrimination code read out from a data type discrimination ara 6 with that read out of the data type part 7-0 of the pointer area 7 to check their coincidence. In the data type discrimination area 6, the discrimination code indication of the kind of the data type is stored. |
