PURPOSE:To enable to grasp the operating state of POS terminals at the management side, by providing a terminal managing table which stores the information relating to the operating state of terminal by terminals at a terminal controller. CONSTITUTION:A terminal controller TC is provided with a termianl managing table TBL, which is stored with terminal state by terminals T11, T12. When an IPL request comes after the application of power supply, the controller TC writes in the column of IPL of said terminal as ''during IPL''. The manager can know the operating status of the entire terminals immediately by printing out the content of the terminal menaging table TBL through the operation of a keyboard KB, on a printer PR. |
