<p>Unacceptable photographs caused by blinking subject are reduced by generating a flash of light to induce a blink and then exposing after the subject's eyes reopen but before the subject can b e expected to blink again. Apparatus for carrying out the method includes an electronic flash (23) and a delay means (43, 44) delaying shutter opening for a predetermined time after firing of the flash.</p> |
