<p>The puncher (2) comprises a disc-shaped carrier (3) provided with protruding punches (5) as well as a disc-shaped counter-carrier (4). The latter is provided with sockets (6) engaged by the punches (5) in a tooth fashion due to the rotation of the carrier (3) and counter-carrier (4). When the paper web (1) moves, holes (7) are punched by the punches (5). Punches (5) are hold by their shank (5a) within sockets (9) which are formed in one piece by a flexible carrier (10). The sockets (9) are secured within bores (8) in the carrier (3). Worn punches (5) are replaced in a single manner by removing the carrier (10) with the punches (5) and by bringing in a new carrier (10) with punches (5) within the bores (8) of carrier (3). </p> |
