PURPOSE:To prepare the lattice base which keeps a certain shape and size and has good productivity, by forming lattice pits after folding a sheet to make a layer, then unfolding the layer. CONSTITUTION:A layer 3 is formed by alternately folding a continuously supplied sheet 1. Thereafter, lattice pits are formed on the layer 3 along the top face 4 and bottom face 5, then the excessive sheet 6 is cut off with a toothed disk saw. Then, the layer 3 is unfolded to prepare a lattice base which forms lattice pits 7 on the part of the cut off sheet 6. It is possible to prepare the optional shape of the lattice pit 7 by changing the tooth shape of the disk saw. |
