CONSTITUTION:The surface of lattice 1' formed by uniting a lead base 4 with the lead base 3 provided with the jut part 2 acting as an current collecting part shall be made rough by sandblasting with sand paper. Thereafter, the dust of sand paper et al, which is generated by sandblasting is washed out with shower and the surface is dried. Then, the negative electrode lattice 1 is prepared by meltingly spraying and affixing lead 5 to the lattice 1' surface with a sprayer. |
