PURPOSE:To prevent vibration noise and damage of bushings of a transformer by a method wherein a fixing equipment is provided between a stopper on the main body side of the transformer and a stopper on the base side, and the transformer main body is fixed making the fixing equipment to operate in accordance with a command from a detector when an earthquake took place. CONSTITUTION:The transformer main body 1 is fixed on a base 3 provided on the foundation 2 through a vibration-proof rubber 5. An operational fixing equipment 20 is provided between the transformer main body 1 and the base 3 to be opened usually, but operates to fix the transformer main body 1 and the base 3 when the earthquake took place. The operational fixing equipment 20 is consisted of a fixing device 21 and an operating device 28, and the fixing device 21 is consisted of the stopper 22 on the main body side and the stopper 23 on the base side. Those two stoppers are arranged being separated with each other, and engaging face 22a thereof is made to have an inclining face toward the upper part, for example. An electromagnet part 25 is fixed to the upper part of the stopper 23 on the base side, and a wedge member 26 equipped on an electromagnet 25a is dropped between engaging faces 23a, 23b of the two stoppers to fix the transformer by operation of the detector 30 and an operating device 29 when the earthquake took place. |
