PURPOSE:To prevent multiplication of microorganism at a liquid contact part of pump and to improve safety and also, to operate surely, by adding an acid to sample water in a filter vessel on a suction side of the sample water of the pump and arranging the acid adding part above the filter vessel. CONSTITUTION:Hydrochloric acid is added from a hydrochloric acid vessel 4 on a suction side of a pump 2 and a hydrochloric acid addition part 20 is arranged above a filter vessel 1. pH of water to be inspected is made a preliminary planed value on the suction side of the pump 2 and a microorganism contain in the water to be inspected is perfectly sterilized. Further, in case of stopping supply of the water to be inspected for the vessel 1 from one cause or another, hydrochloric acid supplied to the part 20 of a pipe 21 which connects the vessel 1 with the pump 2, is not sucked by the pump 2 and flows in the vessel 1 conversely because flowing amount of hydrochloric acid is small and an inner diameter of the pipe 21 is made sufficiently large. Hereby, damage by hydrochloric acid is only limited to the vessel 1 and the damage of liquid contact member of important part positioned on and after the pump 2 is prevented. |
