Catalytic plates for denitration of waste gas are manufd. in various shapes and disposed in the denitration app. Thus a metal plate is melt-sprayed with the metal, coated with paste catalyst, air dried, and calcined. The paste comprises useful catalytic materials such as Ti, V, Mo, Fe or their oxides and proper binder. The plate may be planar, ragged, holed, or net-shaped.
