PURPOSE:To obtain the titled spun yarn having only the wrapped form, by spinning two kinds of fibers from twisting parts displaced in directions different from the ordinary spinning surface to left or right. CONSTITUTION:Fleeces (F1) and (F2) are placed on top of each other by rollers (R) and (R) and twisted while being delivered downward in the direction of arrow about the axial line (Z). The laminated fleece having a width 10 times or more the thickness and the twist coefficient (an English count yarn) of 50 or more is spun in the direction of the quadrant I to give a yarn of two layer structure in which black fibers form the outer layer. In case the laminated fleece is spun in the direction of the quadrant III to give a yarn of two layer structure in which white fibers form the outer layer stably. The two fibrous components are suitably mixed in the boundary zone between the components. |
